Dontavious Little and Jennifer Cobb

Dontavious D. Little, Sr.

Talladega Regional Center Director, AIDB Office of Field Services

A 2004 Alabama School for the Blind (ASB) alumnus, Dontavious has earned various administrative and leadership roles in the AIDB and the community. In 2010, he served as an Employment Specialist at AIDB E.H. Gentry Facility in the Project Green Program. In 2011, he taught Business Education at the ASB and was the WeKare Community Development Center’s Director of Outreach. Dontavious holds Master’s degrees in Business and Special Education with Visual Impairment Certification from Troy, Auburn, and UAB. He is currently pursuing an advanced Christian Leadership degree from Liberty University. He attributes his success to knowledgeable, experienced mentors and a servant-leadership philosophy concerned with God’s Kingdom and His people. He is happily married to his college sweetheart, Tamara Little, and a father of five: Jr, Dylan, Daleigh, Declan, and Donaldson.

Jennifer Cobb

Jennifer is a Jacksonville native. She and her husband Jeffry are high school sweethearts, and she homeschools their three children, Addison, Ryan, and Aubrie. Jennifer danced when she was younger, and she was heavily involved in show choir in high school. She coaches the youth dance line in Jacksonville and is so excited to return to dancing for herself. She is honored to be part of Dancing With ‘Dega Stars!
